Jon is a world renowned fiddler He has performed and recorded with Del McCoury,David Grisman, Peter Rowan, Frank Wakefield, Dan Paisley,Dave Evans,Mack Bailey & the Hard Travelers, The Dance companyFootworks,The Good Deale Bluegrass Band feat.Mike Auldridge and The Eastman String Band to name a few. His fiddle playing can be heard regularly on NPR and XM radio.

Jon has been out of the hospital since November 26, 2007.

He is making excellent progress and getting stronger each day.

Thanksgiving day Thursday November 22, 2007

words can not begin to describe the grattitude that Jon his family and close friends have for all of support that you have given us during this critical time.

Jon picked up his fiddle today, and I know he is looking forward to playing for long periods of time.

5:30 pm Jon is in surgery for a new liver.

10:00 PM Jon is in recovery.

Nov 15th,

Jon is back in the hospital and very sick. He is on the top of the list for a transplant. Please keep him in your prayers.
